Description: Design of a ceiling that also acted as an access platform for inspection of soffit of new RC rail line over at London Bridge. Liaise with Network Rail on behalf of Client. Design of support structures for ceilings and fit out of the store at Gatwick Airport.
CAFÉ PISTOU—8 to 10 Exmouth Market, London
Description: Redevelopment of existing restaurant located within what was originally 2 shop units to form open plan arrangement involving the removal of major division wall and further walls to the rear. Also reconfiguration of access arrangement to basement involving new stair wells.
Significant temporary works were designed to enable the installation of a structural steel framework to replace load bearing walls that were removed at ground floor level.

Description: Refurbishment of existing restaurant including deepening, waterproofing and installing major underground services into existing basement which was formally unusable due to lack of headroom. Forming new reinforced concrete retaining walls to facilitate the construction of access stairs to basement. Complete replacement of the ground floor over the basement which had been subject to fire damage. Temporary works design to facilitate construction and the permanent works.
