Bryanston Court
Description: Extension and refurbishment of existing office building at Bryanston Court in Hemel Hempstead to provide 109 apartments. Two additional floors were created with a new steel frame structure. A six storey steel framed extension is under construction supported on an RC transfer structure on CFA piles. The building is partially constructed over an existing basement and over existing Thames Water foul and surface water sewers. The existing structure was provided with strengthening and additional bracing.

Royal Sovereign House
Description: Design is underway on this extension and refurbishment of an existing office building at Royal Sovereign House to provide 28 Duplex Apartments. Two additional floors have been designed with a new steel frame structure. An extension to the front supports glazed balconies on a raking columns at ground floor. The rear extension supports new staircases connecting every second level where front door access is provided. Site conditions are quite constricted with piling designed around existing services with spanning and cantilevering pile caps and ground beams. The existing structure will be strengthened with additional bracing.

Keybridge House, Lambeth
Description: Design of all steelwork connections for steel fabricator including substantial transfer structure plate girders, duplex and penthouse structures, thermal isolation joint connections and façade structures. Peer review of various other designs. Keybridge House will be the tallest brick clad building in Europe.
