QMUL Engineering and Material Science Building
Description: Design of major structural alterations to the building for Hutton Construction. £7m Refurbishment of the existing Engineering and Materials Science Building to modernise existing spaces and to provide new lecture rooms, a Human Performance Lab and various ancillary and administration spaces. Complete replacement of the existing building services along with the structural works to support the proposed services and rooftop plant, along with new spaces.
