Keybridge House, Vauxhall Bridge Road

We are nearing completion on the design of the steelwork connections for Watts Group on Keybridge House. This is a massive development comprising 6 large residential blocks, the tallest of which is 38 stories and will be the tallest brick clad building in Europe. We also carried out a number of design reviews as well as the full design of the marketing suite, which is an impressive building in it’s own right. Mount Anvil are the main contractor. Octink were the D&B contractor on this marketing suite, one of many we have been involved in with them.
